The Council of The Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) currently consists of 16 individuals. Of the 16 councilors, ten (10) are Program Representatives, four (4) are Private Practitioners, and two (2) are Public Members. Patrick Bodnar, D.C., Program Representative
Dr. Bodnar was elected to the Council in 2022 and currently serves as a Councilor. He holds the position of Vice Provost at Parker University in Dallas, TX since 2019. He previously held the positions Associate Provost College of Chiropractic and Director of Clinics at Parker University. Dr. Bodnar earned his Bachelors of Science degree and D.C. from Parker University.
Margaret Colucci, D.C., Private Practitioner
Dr. Colucci was elected to the Council in 2024 and currently serves as a Councilor. She has been a Private Practitioner in Nevada since 1996 and holds a license to practice in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, and New York. Dr. Colucci earned her D.C. from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She is a member of the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress since 2017 and Prosports Chiropractic since 2013.
Waleska Crespo Rivera, DrPH, Program Representative
Dr. Crespo Rivera was elected to the Council in 2023 and currently serves as a Councilor. She holds the position of President/CEO at the Universidad Central del Caribe in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. She previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Healsouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Manati (Manati, Puerto Rico), Centro Cardiovascular de Puerto Rico y el Caribe (San Juan, Puerto Rico), and Centro de Diabetes para Puerto Rico (San Juan, Puerto Rico). Dr. Crespo Rivera earned a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, a Master in Health Services Administration, and a Doctor in Public Health (DrPH) with specialization in Heath Systems Analysis and Management from the University of Puerto Rico, San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Dr. Gliedt was elected to the Council in 2025 and currently serves as a Councilor. He holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Tosa Health Center in Milwaukee, WI, and holds a license to practice in Wisconsin. Dr. Gliedt earned his B.S. from Missouri Southern State University and his D.C. from Logan University. He has been a reviewer for multiple journals since 2016 and has mentored medical and health profession students since 2019.
Justin Goehl, D.C., Private Practitioner
Dr. Goehl was elected to the Council in 2023 and currently serves as a Councilor. He holds the position of Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Duke Health in Durham, NC, and holds a license to practice in North Carolina and New Hampshire. Dr. Goehl earned his B.S. in Exercise and Wellness from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a M.S. in Sport Science and Rehabilitation, and a D.C. from Logan University. He has been a member of the North American Spine Society since 2015.
Heidi L. Henson-Dunlap, D.C., Private Practitioner
Dr. Henson-Dunlap was elected to the Council in 2020 and currently serves as its Associate Chair. She has been a Private Practitioner in Oregon since 2013 and holds a license to practice in Oregon. Dr. Henson-Dunlap earned her B.A in Social and Cultural Analysis and her D.C. from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She was an active member of the Student American Chiropractic Association where she served as National Chair in 2012.
J. Todd Knudsen, D.C., Program Representative
Dr. Knudsen was elected to the Council in 2021 and currently serves as its Treasurer. He holds the position of Associate Provost of Institutional Effectiveness and Compliance at Northeast College of Health Sciences in Seneca Falls, New York. Previously, Dr. Knudsen served in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Stakeholder Engagement, Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Special Projects, President’s Chief of Staff and Vice President for Governmental Affairs, Chief Academic Officer and Vice-President for Academic Affairs, and Dean at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, Southern California University of Health Sciences. He earned a B.S. in Human Biology and his D.C. from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in Whittier, California, where he also completed a residency in Diagnostic Imaging.

She currently holds the position of Associate Vice President, Institutional Effectiveness at the University of Western States, in Portland, Oregon. She previously held positions of Acting Director of Information Services, Acting Chief Academic Officer, Executive Director of Academic Planning, and Director of Curriculum and Assessment at the University of Western States. Dr. Pandzik earned a B.S. in Integrated Science from James Madison University, a M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and a D.C. from the University of Western States.

Dr. Petrie was elected to the Council in 2025 and currently serves as a Councilor. He holds the position of Director of Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. He previously held the positions of Director of Curriculum and Learning Analytics and Director of Clinical Education at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Dr. Petrie completed his BSE degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa and his D.C. from Palmer College of Chiropractic and completed a residency in Diagnostic Imaging from Parker University College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Petrocco-Napuli was elected to the Council in 2019 and currently serves as its Council Chair. She is currently the Vice President of Chiropractic and Registrar at Logan University in Chesterfield, MO. Dr. Petrocco-Napuli has held the positions of Professor, Adjunct Faculty: Chiropractic Clinical Sciences, Associate Provost, and Assistant Dean for the College of Chiropractic at Logan University; additionally, she has held positions in Chiropractic Clinical Sciences at both the Chiropractic Program at National University of Health Sciences, in St. Petersburg, FL and New York Chiropractic College, in Seneca Falls, NY. Dr. Petrocco-Napuli earned a B.S. in Health Sciences from the University of Arizona, a M.S. in Instructional Design/Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University, and her D.C. from New York Chiropractic College.

Ms. Ramirez was elected to the Council in 2020 and currently serves as its Councilor at Large. She holds the position of Assistant Director of Admissions at Midwestern University, Peoria, Arizona. Prior to Midwestern University, her previous roles include, Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management & Accreditation and Associate Vice President of Institutional Research & Accreditation in California. Ms. Ramirez earned a B.A. in International Business from Cal State University Fullerton, California and her M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Biola University, La Mirada, California.

Dr. Rolón-Reyes was elected to the Council in 2023 and currently serves as a Councilor. She holds the position of Associate Director of Academic Affairs and Basic Sciences at the Universidad Central del Caribe- Doctor of Chiropractic Program since 2021, with previous positions as DCP Coordinator, and Professor and Coordinator of Biotechnology and Molecular Biology Laboratories. Dr. Rolón-Reyes earned her Baccalaureate Degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, and a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the Universidad Central del Caribe.

Dr. Samek was elected to the Council in 2021 and currently serves as a Councilor. She holds the position of Provost at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. Her previous roles include, Dean of the School of Education at George Fox University, Provost and Dean of Graduate Studies at Corban University, in Salem Oregon. Dr. Samek earned a B.S. in Science Education/Mathematics from Oregon State University, her M.S. in Math Education from Portland State University, and her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instructions from Portland State University.
Troy Stark, D.C., Program Representative
Dr. Stark was elected to the Council in 2025 and currently serves as a Councilor. He holds the position of Senior Director of Assessment at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He previously held the positions of Director of Clinical Assessment & Integrity, Faculty Clinician, and OSCE Coordinator-Clinical Assessment at Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Stark earned his B.A. at Monmouth College, his MS in Health Professions Education from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, and his D.C. From Palmer College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Thomas was elected to the Council in 2024 and currently serves as a Councilor. She holds the position of Assistant Dean of Clinical Education at Cleveland University, in Overland Park, Kansas. She previously held the positions of Director of Clinical Education, Director of Clinical Operations, and Assistant Professor/Clinician at Cleveland University.
