Tom E. Benberg, Ed.D., President

Dr. Benberg joined the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) in 2012 and currently serves as its President. Previously, Dr. Benberg was Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) in Decatur, Georgia.  Benberg earned a BA from Ouachita Baptist University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas, a MS from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, and his Ed.D. in Supervision, Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University-Commerce, Commerce, Texas.  He also earned a certificate from the Institute for Educational Management, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts.







S. Ray Bennett, Vice President for Accreditation and Operations

Mr. Bennett joined the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) in 2003 and currently serves as its Vice President for Accreditation & Operations.  Previous positions with the agency include, Director of Accreditation Services and Commission on Accreditation Manager.  He also completed an active duty service commitment in the U.S. Air Force from 1983-2003 in various positions within hospital administration, which includes, extensive knowledge in the accreditation and credentialing arena during assignments on Health Services Management Inspection (HSMI) teams and with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

   





Susan C. Marr, Accreditation Services Manager

Ms. Marr joined the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) in 2007 and currently serves as its Accreditation Services Manager.  She has held previous positions as Director of Communications, Office Manager and Administrative Assistant at various organizations and also as the Coordinator of the Financial Planner Program at Queens University, Charlotte, North Carolina.  Marr attended Indiana Wesleyan University, Fort Wayne, Indiana and the University of the Americas , Pueblo, Mexico.










Toshia M. Wenning, Administrative and Finance Manager  

Ms. Wenning joined the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) in 2012 and currently serves as its Administration and Finance Manager.  She has held previous positions as a Program Assistant and Security Officer with the Transportation Security Administration.  Wenning earned an associate’s degree in Evidence Technology from Phoenix College, a BA in Political Science from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio and is currently enrolled in Accounting courses at Central Arizona College, Casa Grande, Arizona.
